We’ve designed the patient Treatment Tracker and the physician’s Provider Module to work together. They talk to each other, linking up on the internet and with the clinic’s own internal records system. That’s when out system works the best.
How to use your Treatment Tracker on your own
Since BrightOutcome is a new product, a lot of clinics haven’t heard of it yet. But you can still make the Treatment Tracker work for you. Here’s how:
- Every day, or whenever something is bothering you, use the interactive questionnaire to report your symptoms. Only questions relevant to your conditions will be asked of you, making the assessment short and to the point.
- BrightOutcome’s built in assessment program will help you identify your side effects and symptoms, and will suggest what to do to feel better. In some cases it will tell you to contact your doctor or nurse.
- Keep track of your progress on the summary screen, so you have a perspective on what’s getting better, what’s worse and what’s about the same.
- When you have an appointment at the clinic, take the report to your doctor and discuss with him or her how to better manage these symptoms.
